My A/C stopped working and they told me I needed an all new unit (which several home builders working on my house later disagreed.) I’ve spent $6,000 so far & they’ve worked on it four different times in two weeks and can’t keep it working ...and it’s still not working. It’s the middle of July. My wife has been on the phone with them all day. We’ve been waiting 9 hours so far. They can’t give us a time when a repair man can come look at it, but everyone we talk to at the company mentions how reputable they are based on their boss being the governor.

Chris was amazing to us! We have an old unit and he new right away what was wrong and what parts he needed to fix it. Very honest and straightforward.

Lee Company is amazing. Our air went out and I called and a HVAC specialist was here within 1.5 hours. He was very nice as well!

Won't provide quote over phone for standard job, understood why once they arrived on site. They will try to convince you to sign up for their service plan and their labor/work rate is sky high. Tech that quoted price seemed embarrassed to quote it as high as he did, got manger to knock a few dollars off, but still over priced. Do yourself a favor and get quotes from other companies prior to paying their $49 trip charge, just easy way for them to get extra $$$$.

I was hoping to have one place to call for all of my house work, but this company had one shot and failed. I was supposed to have an appointment from 10-12, so I waited around all morning for them. I called at 1130and finally reached someone after initially starting calling at 11, just to be told that they rescheduled my appointment and failed to call me? Really??? You just lost a customer. I just purchased this house and have a lot of projects to do so I don't have time to wait for nothing. I wish I could give 0 stars. RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
