RaeAnne Martinez review about company Affordable Service Plumbing

Two guys came out to our house an hour and a half late. They tried a couple different options to clear our clogged kitchen drain. They were at the house for about an hour and told my husband that they had to go answer another call, but that they would be back unless he wanted to call someone else (mind you by this time it was already 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon). We opted to wait and around 4:30 called to see if they were coming back. No answer and no one ever returned our voicemail. We now understand why they never called back or returned. It turns out that these guys "didn't charge us" but they managed to crack our pipe, causing a leak IN ADDITION to our already clogged sink. And they didn't even have the audacity to let us know. They are a worthless bunch and I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else if this is a "company" you are considering going with. There's a reason they claim that they are affordable - their work is WORTHLESS. I agree with the others who posted, especially about how terrible and worthless the owner Jeremy Martinez is.
