A couple years after moving in to my house, I started having problems with the water heater. Mark from Paul's plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem, and got it working again. He also took the time to explain what was going on, that it was a know problem with this type of water heater, and warned that it may happen again...and it did. After a few trips out to get it going again (at a discounted rate) Mark and Paul were able to have the water heater declared defective and get it replaced at no expense even though it was past the warranty period. Good guys, doing their best to make sure a job is done right and their customers are happy.
