Awful company to deal with. We built a new home and in the first six months had 9 different valves explode at different times. It has ruined a countertop and my wood floor. They also billed us more than double the original estimate and never talked to us prior about why it was more. We have been forced into paying for the additional cost for not wanting our credit affected. Would not recommend to anyone.

Todd installed a new sump pump, did a great job! Explained everything in detail, costs up front as well. Thank you Todd!

A couple years after moving in to my house, I started having problems with the water heater. Mark from Paul's plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem, and got it working again. He also took the time to explain what was going on, that it was a know problem with this type of water heater, and warned that it may happen again...and it did. After a few trips out to get it going again (at a discounted rate) Mark and Paul were able to have the water heater declared defective and get it replaced at no expense even though it was past the warranty period. Good guys, doing their best to make sure a job is done right and their customers are happy.

Incompetent. The technician spent months at our newly purchased house. Was very nice but did not know how to repair our boiler. However, still charge us. We had another company come out and fixed the things they did not fix. This company reported things were wired wrong. They easily found the issues. Not sure what Paul plumbing technician did. Would not recommend

One of the worst experiences ever. Not only did the plumber make a huge mess (threw 7 coffee cups behind my furnace instead of in the garbage 5 feet away!). Pieces of pvc were left all over and he dripped blue primer on my hardwood floor and carpet which is still stained. I complained about the sinks leaking after the job was "done to their satisfaction". The suggestion from Keith the Plumber was for me to cut up an old bike tire to use as a gasket! If that wasn't bad enough when I called the company and talked to Lisa Coy, I explained the problems I was having and asked if they could send someone different then keith. Two days later Keith showed up again, tossed a chuck of red rubber on my desk and asked if I could make that work to fix the leaks! I ended up hiring another plumber to finish their work and then was threatened by Paul Brennan, the owner that he was going to find me and make a big scene. After receiving a notice of being dragged into court and having our day the Judge sided with me. I am so glad to have that over. Paul and Paul's Plumbing is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!
