I bought a refrigerator from them on Oct 10 and had to wait until Nov.5 to have it delivered. They missed the delivery date because the sales person entered my address wrong. When it finally did arrive the delivery person said that he couldn't hook up the icemaker because I had the wrong valve. Then, a couple of minutes later he informed me that the refrigerator that they brought was damaged and had to go back. I called them the next day and was informed that I would have to wait until Dec. 2 (at the earliest) for a replacement, so I cancelled the order. The following day I went to Lowes and purchased a larger, higher quality unit for less money and had it delivered and installed 3 days later.
