Jonathan Roberts review about company Lance Maxwell Plumbing

Called and scheduled appointment a few days ahead of time. The guy tried to show up a day early, but we had other work that needed to be done that day before they could do the plumbing. They told us to call them back if the other company finished early but regardless they would be there the next day. Called to let them know they could come that day, but no answer. We assumed we would stay on the books for our regularly scheduled day but i called to confirm and they said our ticket had been canceled. Told us that they would work to get us in that day if they could but it may be the following day before they could get out there. Never heard from them that day. We followed up with them the next day and they told us they were working on a project but would be there after that. Around mid afternoon, we still haven't heard from anyone. Called and they told us that they are trying to work us in but it had been very busy and there were emergencies. You would think a company would work their hardest to fit someone in that had a scheduled appointment that they screwed up in the first place. Poor communication skills.
