Dan was able to respond to my emergency at a very unsociable hour. He provided a very professional service on what was a complex problem. In solving the problem, he talked me through the process, explaining in detail the fault with the heating system and the solution. Before he left, he made sure that he checked thoroughly that the system and radiators were fully functional. Not only would I recommend Dan to others but I am relieved that I now have a contact should any problems occur in the future. Matthew
