It’s good to find someone locally as good as Dan. Was exceptional through the whole process, from initial availability, diagnosing the issue and then fixing the problem. The whole while he explained the issues and was very informative on our system. Couldn’t recommend more to others.

I would 100% recommend Waterworks! They are a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ +++ service. I had an emergency just before Xmas my kitchen sink was broke - Dan came out on Xmas Eve and saved Christmas Day !! Very reliable , Dan turned up when he said he would , he provided a high quality service , very friendly , professional & knowledgeable. Price was really reasonable too . I couldn’t be more grateful , I would of had to wash up in the bath on Christmas Day ! I would highly recommend Waterworks to anyone I know , fantastic service .

Dan came to our rescue within 15 mins of our call when water was pouring out our boiler Saturday night. He was professional, balanced and friendly. He worked quickly and quietly, even our little one slept through it! I would recommend him to anyone, even the elderly or those who live alone as Dan is not intimidating or pushy like I've found other professionals to be. Thank you!

Dan was able to respond to my emergency at a very unsociable hour. He provided a very professional service on what was a complex problem. In solving the problem, he talked me through the process, explaining in detail the fault with the heating system and the solution. Before he left, he made sure that he checked thoroughly that the system and radiators were fully functional. Not only would I recommend Dan to others but I am relieved that I now have a contact should any problems occur in the future. Matthew
