Karen Bainbridge review about company Caprock Plumbing Heating and Air. INC

I called Caprock last Wednesday to request someone to come out to check on a clog we had in our kitchen. Anytime we used the kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine the water would overflow into the utility sink in the laundry room. A very nice woman took my information and said they would come over on Friday. HA it is a week later and not only did they not come over no one ever called. I guess they have so much business they do not need mine. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have to assume since they cannot even grasp customer service plumbing is out of the question.
