Our electric tankless water heater was not heating water. Plumber came and told us unit was not big enough. Recommended gas tankless or traditional water heater and left. I was able to contact manufacturer of our electric water heater. Turns out elements needed to be cleaned...representative sent cleaning instructions...works like a charm now. I called Caprock Plumbing and explained situation that plumber had done absolutely nothing during service call. She could do nothing but to tell me to send payment of $72 for service call. I will never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone else. Bad service as well as customer service.
