Dena Rich review about company Walker Plumbing, Heating & Air

I live in Utah County and have a rental home in St. George. When some plumbing issues in my rental came about, I was referred to Walker Plumbing by a friend. From the first phone call to their office I knew I called the right place. The lady was so kind and helpful. She took the stress of coordinating the appointment with my renters off my plate so I didn’t need to take time out of my busy day to be the middle man. They let me know when they were on their way. They called and explained the problem to me (in a way I could understand) and what it would take to fix it. I felt like their prices were very reasonable and they made the billing/payment process very easy. They were quick and the follow up call from their office to make sure I was satisfied was very appreciated. I can tell they place a lot of emphasis on customer service. They know what it takes to run a successful business. I would recommend them to everyone.
