I live in Utah County and have a rental home in St. George. When some plumbing issues in my rental came about, I was referred to Walker Plumbing by a friend. From the first phone call to their office I knew I called the right place. The lady was so kind and helpful. She took the stress of coordinating the appointment with my renters off my plate so I didn’t need to take time out of my busy day to be the middle man. They let me know when they were on their way. They called and explained the problem to me (in a way I could understand) and what it would take to fix it. I felt like their prices were very reasonable and they made the billing/payment process very easy. They were quick and the follow up call from their office to make sure I was satisfied was very appreciated. I can tell they place a lot of emphasis on customer service. They know what it takes to run a successful business. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had Eric from Walker come out and help us with a hot water recirculating pump for a new house. He was prompt and professional. The bid we received was a good value hawser on past experience. He was able to give us a bid and with our approval install the pump within a couple of hours. Liked that we were able to get it done quickly once the decision was made. He also was nice enough to help us with an unrelated water softener question. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them.

I contact Walker Plumbing on a Monday night around 10 o'clock after I went a little to far with trying to fix my washer hose. coming out of the wall. when i contact them they said i would hear back right away. my water was off due to my mistake. When I called the next day they said I would get somebody over to my house around noon. the lady on the phone ( Penny I think) was very friendly and nice. I got text messages of my work order and the name of the plumber, Adam Torres.When he did Arrive my Wife was at home waiting to meet him. He was quick and productive at the house and even helped us find the water regulator since our water pressure was down in the 30's. The reason for the 4 out of five is the call was made at night and we did not get our water back on until the next day. with a 5 month pregnant wife that does not work out to well, and the plumber kept calling my wife Melinda, when her name is Melissa.

I was very impressed with Walker Plumbing from the minute I made the call to schedule the service. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful and she called to remind me about my service the night before along with double checking what service I was needing. The two guys that came to our house were professional and nice. They diagnosed our issue and actually helped us know where we could go to get the parts so that we could easily fix the problem without incurring added charges. I would highly recommend Walker Plumbing!

First off, the receptionist that answered my call at their business location was SUPER friendly!! It was refreshing speaking to someone that didn’t sound half dead, so kudos on that part. Luke came out and gave me a job bid the next day and I had my job quote in my email later that same day. I had about 50’ of 1.5” gas line ran from my gas meter to my future pool heater location. Luke and his crew came out and completed the job in about 4 hours. They were super friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!
