Shirley Desourdie review about company 3rdGen Plumbing and Heating

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an emergency with water coming into the basement through the ceiling. I called five different companies just hoping someone could come. Not only was Eric the only one to call me back, but he came the same day. I thought I was looking at a huge indoor plumbing job, but he went through the entire piping system methodically and found the source outside. He didn't just blindly hammer through the damaged area in the basement ceiling leaving me with a mess. I can't say enough good things about Eric - courteous, clean, and very bright. Will only call Eric in future!! Thanks again, Eric!
