Matt Howell review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

Yes I agree with the rest of the bad reviews. The guy in plumbing is rather abrasive when you have an issue you can't figure out and you're sure you've accurately explained to him the issue. He will argue with you about it... Very few employees are actually knowledgeable about the products and proper product terminology. For example I asked where a "wire ferrule" would be and I was looked at with the most perplexed look... And I am younger (30) than the person I asked. What happened to being older and wiser?? Never let Home Depot send their contractors to install anything especially DELTA MECHANICAL they charged my card I was forced to keep on file with them even after I gave a different form of payment after install of a water heater. They charged my card 3 times and each time it was like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone to fix it!!!!
