Susan Rose review about company Wolcott Plumbing Drain & Rooter Services

Our shower handle sheared off the interior cartridge while the shower was on. This meant that the only way to turn it off was to turn off the water main. Which meant no water for the whole house :-(. This happened at 8 pm. I called Wolcott plumbing and Mike returned my call within 5 minutes, was there within the hour, and had it fixed in less than an hour. I didn't even need a new faucet handle, just the interior cartridge. Mike cleaned up and tightened up the interior hardware and the handle now turns far better than it did prior to breaking. I am so grateful to get such quick service at such a late hour. Thank you Mike!!!
