Both young men who responded to my home did so in a very punctual and courteous manner. They thoroughly explained the work that would be done and the total cost before starting. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was done well. Coincidentally, my front door knob stopped working while they were there and Mike took it upon himself to fix it for me. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done and would highly recommend this company.

I am so grateful that Bryan showed up early and was able to start early, give me a bid for the work, and get work scheduled right away. So far, I am incredibly impressed and grateful!! I want to click on quailty and value but haven't had the work done yet, so... I would love to follow up with that when the time comes.

I asked for an evaluation of what seemed like a somewhat unusual characteristic of my home's plumbing system. The technician took a thorough look at the issue and concluded that all was in good order and no repairs or changes were needed. He suggested a very low cost "home remedy" to flush out any grease buildup that might be present in the drain system. A good experience, indicating that the company supports workers who try to limit customer costs, rather than encouraging unnecessary and expensive services.

Our shower handle sheared off the interior cartridge while the shower was on. This meant that the only way to turn it off was to turn off the water main. Which meant no water for the whole house :-(. This happened at 8 pm. I called Wolcott plumbing and Mike returned my call within 5 minutes, was there within the hour, and had it fixed in less than an hour. I didn't even need a new faucet handle, just the interior cartridge. Mike cleaned up and tightened up the interior hardware and the handle now turns far better than it did prior to breaking. I am so grateful to get such quick service at such a late hour. Thank you Mike!!!

Excellent Service! Called Wolcott Plumbing for my senior parents during a plumbing emergency. Service staff and Technicians were professional and helpful through the whole process.
