Jenny Munns review about company 5 Star Plumbing.td

We felt the service we got from these plumbers was so unprofessional. A father/son operation where the son is so obviously still learning the trade with little guidance from the father. The son was left on his own to do the job and took hours to complete it and charged us per hour, which turned out to be an exorbitant amount because of the time he took to do a simple job. It wasn't connected correctly and leaked in two places. The father then popped in to rectify this. The bill we got for disconnecting the dishwasher, Insinkerator and tap and reconnecting these items once our new kitchen was installed was ridiculous!! My husband tried to contact the father per e-mail and left messages on his phone on numerous occasions with no response. When my husband eventually got hold of him, he was told he would look into it and get back to us. We have still not heard from him! The $842.29 bill has been paid and still no response!! Not happy!! Will definitely not recommend them!!!
