Similar experience to the above person. Couldn't unblock a drain to save themselves from my experience. Took 5 visits from someone who seemed like an unqualified apprentice, who changed something which ended up flooding my laundry and I had to get an emergency plumber to come and fix their mess. They then returned the next week with a wetvac and left a mess all through the house. In my opinion you should STAY AWAY
