John & team took out my old boiler and fitted a new combi boiler & wireless thermostat. John took the time to explain all the various options visiting the house and proposing several solutions for solving a tricky flue issue avoiding the need for a costly scaffold. I was advised of the start and finish date well in advance and work was carried out according to this agreed timescale. The final invoice matched the estimate due to the fact that we had discussed the job upfront in some detail. I've thanked Jon and Kim (company secretary) for their excellent communication - easily contactable by phone email and text. Its a neat job and worth noting how careful and tidy John was during the installation - no mess. I have recommended RJM to friends and colleges and plan to use John and team from my next job. D
