Had a problem with my father's boiler that also required a service. He is 94. Their engineer Barry called me to discuss the problems beforehand. He quickly located the problem, advised an upgrade was available and ordered the parts. Barry was very professional, friendly and reliable on his return visits. We were very impressed with his work and his updates to me. Highly recommended. Many thanks Barry.
