Scott Willis review about company Home Services at The Home Depot
Its been over a year since we were last in this Home Depot due to poor customer service. My wife went back in there today to look at tile for our kitchen remodel. The gentleman helping her didn't seem interested in helping her find the tile, almost as if it were a burden to him. He didn't seem to know much about the tile options and or prices either. When my wife tried to strike up a conversation and asked him where he was from as he had an interesting accent, he told her he was about sick and tired of answering that question. Needless to say she left promptly, and we will never enter that store again, for ANYTHING! Our negative experience was similar last year, we should've learned our lesson then. Lowe's has always provided us positive and professional assistance. Lowe's will receive all of our business for the next 30 plus years.
