Chad Fulk review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

I called trying to get an appointment to schedule someone to come out and measure my house for a carpet installation. I needed to do this on a Wednesday as this was my only open day. I tried online but for some reason every Wednesday was blocked out (all other days were open for months in advance). I asked if they did measurements on a Wednesday and the employee told me she wasn't sure. I then explained my situation and she just said "we're booked." I never even told her a date I needed it done. I then asked for the next year, you're booked? Her reply was "I don't know, I'm new here, I don't know how to do that but you can call back later." Thanks Home Depot, your service was above and beyond.
