worst experience ever - do NOT buy any flooring here ! the supposed "expert" who they insisted had to come out to our house assured me the laminate floor would be no problem, took the day off after waiting weeks for the floor ( and paying all in advance) - installers said , No , Home Depot got it wrong, they could not install ( despite being the installers that Home Depot works with and had subcontracted this to). Now a month of limbo, calling on daily basis - no one can resolve it, they are asking for random extra amounts unjustifiable on any paperwork - installer has given them figures. They no longer return our calls or call us - as they have our money we have no choice but to go to court, currently dealing with supposed customer care and HQ - what a bunch of crooks and liars. do not go there for flooring, suggest Lowes or anywhere else, inefficient, inept and inconsiderate. No one is running this store.
