Justin Young review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

ATTENTION all potential customers! If you are even thinking about using Home Depot to install ANYTHING, stop now and look some where else. I am not one to complain and I am pretty forgiving, but this company has pushed me over the edge. We were suckered into the $500 install with purchase of flooring. They tried to stick us with every little thing they could to rack up the price. They tried to get us to agree to a $5500 bill when the total cost was less than $2500. Every time we called we were put on hold, then told someone would call us back.....The sub sub contractors customer service was even worse. The women there were out right rude and acted as if we were "bothering them." We ordered laminate and vinyl for the house and they sent us way too much materials and made us jump through hoops to be reimbursed. They sent us the wrong transitions which we will have to wait for another few weeks for them to arrive. They even charged us for some crappy dust mop that we did not order. Long story short, just go somewhere else.
