Meghan Furr review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

We used Home Depot this summer for a carpet replacement thinking it would be the most convenient option. We are several weeks past the initial install and still waiting on them to come fix it. The people they sent to us did not sew the seams properly, nor did they use an actual carpet stretcher. Within days of install we found places where we could lift the carpet up. It's a shoddy job through and through. To add to this, we have been given the run around for weeks now about fixing it. Yes, everyone is polite. Yes everyone assures us to our face they will get it done immediately and how they are so sorry. But there is excuse after excuse and we are still sitting here with all our stuff in boxes waiting to unpack because the carpet needs to be fixed. This experience has been many things but convenient is not one of them.
