Elisa review about company Russell's Heating & Air
I had been having issues with my AC/Heat unit and was quoted a price from another company that was out of my budget at this time. I called Bruce for a second opinion as he had been to my house a year prior for another issues. He was so willing to help and came right out. Although I need to fix the main problem he was able to buy me some time and get things running for the mean time. As a single mother at the holidays I cannot tell you what a blessing this was for me. It’s rare to find someone who is not only helpful but willing to go the extra mile. This is honesty and integrity and I will continue to use this company in the future. Bruce thank you so much!!!
