Russell's did an outstanding job getting cool air to our Ballroom in our business. Unfortunately, was asked for a bid for another part of our building several times and didn't receive a call back or a bid. If they didn't want the job we would have liked to have known. In any case, it is our hope that we'll be able to use them and have better communication in the future. We enjoy doing business with them.
