James Caruso review about company Sauder Fuel
Completed a transaction and had the money withdrawal from my account. Oil was never received 4 days later. Called and complained when I ran out of oil due to being unaware that there was no oil since i was CHARGED. Was basically told oh well I'll send an email from the emergency service receptionist. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE use another company they are getting to disrespectful as they grow older.

10 day quote time for oil!? And then we were told "maybe." We ran out at day 7 and their reply was $169 emergency fee when their normal fee is waaayyy...
