10 day quote time for oil!? And then we were told "maybe." We ran out at day 7 and their reply was $169 emergency fee when their normal fee is waaayyy lower. The receptionist didn't want to deal with us so she gave us a bs quote. I read all the negative comments about the receptionist. Why would a company allow such a disrespectful receptionist answer their phone. We are onto a better company after 4+ years. Called John Weideman. They will deliver today or tomorrow. Not 10 days from now. If a company doesn't want business then why are they open.
Completed a transaction and had the money withdrawal from my account. Oil was never received 4 days later. Called and complained when I ran out of oil due to being unaware that there was no oil since i was CHARGED. Was basically told oh well I'll send an email from the emergency service receptionist. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE use another company they are getting to disrespectful as they grow older.
