We recently had an issue at the most inconvenient time....Christmas! With family coming ,some to stay for a few days, it was not the time for toilet problems! Papalia responded quickly and sent Kimber to us. He tested everything and got us able to use toilets, washing machine,sinks,etc. We realized we needed new upgraded toilets(ours were original 45 yrs. old). He helped us choose the best for our needs and then,a few days later, came and installed them. That's why I would give 5 stars for quality,value,responsiveness,and punctuality and I would add cleanup as well.
