Our visit was scheduled to take place between 11.00 and 2.00. It was lucky that I was home at 9.30. Apart from that, I was very pleased with the work. Kimber explained the options and we elected to have a new unit. I was completely unaware that he had both removed the old model and replaced it with a new toilet so quickly and so quietly. Everything was clean and there was no sign any work had been done apart from the fact that we had a new functioning toilet. I am very happy both with the work and the manner in which it was undertaken.

We have worked with Papalia on a few things and have had an amazing experience with the entire team! Install an old radiator -- Excellent install with no surprises. They found a couple of issues that I would not have caught. avoiding a big mess in the future. Installed a new water heater -- Again, no surprises. Fast and effective. :) Emergency main line repair -- So here's the biggie. Right before the holidays, our main sewer line collapsed and we had people coming in to stay with us. The Papalia team was able to get the plumbing working within 2 days, including digging to the street and replacing with modern pipe. We are so grateful for the speed and efficiency of the fix. I'd like to give a special shout out to Kimber... he really help us understand what was going on and called in the troops!

We recently had an issue at the most inconvenient time....Christmas! With family coming ,some to stay for a few days, it was not the time for toilet problems! Papalia responded quickly and sent Kimber to us. He tested everything and got us able to use toilets, washing machine,sinks,etc. We realized we needed new upgraded toilets(ours were original 45 yrs. old). He helped us choose the best for our needs and then,a few days later, came and installed them. That's why I would give 5 stars for quality,value,responsiveness,and punctuality and I would add cleanup as well.

Nick Roy, the plumber from Papalia, was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough when he did our annual plumbing inspection. He explained things well. He made me feel well-informed. Five stars!

DJ was just great. He listened to each issue, inspected each and then explained both the problem and potential solution. He was responsive when I balked at the expense, detailing what actions might be eliminated to bring the price down. DJ was attentive and specific showing me on his pad how different faucet brands behaved and the different issues with certain models. When I asked him to speak on the phone with my husband he was happy to do so. Further, DJ labored to free a hose from its outside spigot even though he seemed to believe he would not be able to do it based on prior experience. He was successful. I enjoyed DJ’s countenance and felt comfortable about his knowledge and sure capability. I will look for him specifically to address our next plumbing problem!
