BEWARE - Ray installed a wall oven, but left with one of the optional pieces in the oven kit (the stainless steel trim). I called him when I noticed it was missing and he promised to return it Monday. Monday came and went and when I contacted him again he said next Monday - again did not return the trim so he said Wednesday which he also missed. Then he told me he had a death in his family so I asked him to mail it back to me - never received it. Over a month later still not returned so, I had to let him know I will be filing a police report for stolen property. If that wasn't enough, he also did a minimal job of installing the wall oven and charged me more than the price he quoted over the phone. Probably best to find another company.
