Jordan Augustine review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

I rented a pool pump from this location. The hoses had enormous leaks thus making it extremely difficult to drain my pool. After it took far longer to drain my pool than I was quoted, I called and asked for recommendations. The employee told me to bring the equipment in and my time would be restarted and that I would only be charged for 1 day of rental. I brought the equipment in first thing in the morning and their was a different employee working. It was implied that I was lying and she charged me the full amount. I was told that she would communicate with who I spoke to the previous night and if he confirmed my story, I would receive a refund. Needless to say, I will not be coming back - horrible customer service.
