Paul Hobson review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

I purchased 2 security doors to the tune of $1,200.00 including installation. I normally do my own work but had no time on my hands for this project. This was my big mistake! The installation was done by Home Depot (I know they use outside sources) and the work was bad, real bad! I know because I've installed these doors myself on other homes I've own. My wife went back to Home Depot and let them know we were not satisfied and wanted the company to come back and correct the problems. She was assured this would take place. We waited 2 weeks and were not contacted by anyone. My next time in Home Depot I mentioned this and was told my wife didn't talk to the right person. I asked for the right person and was told that person was not in the store and had the day off. I came back again this time after work and spoke with a lady in that department and was told she was the right person and recorded something in the computer and assured me we would be contacted, that has been more than 3 months ago! I am going back today and find out what is going on before I contact the news media. I see why LOWE'S is growing their business! I would not recommend this store or Home Depot to anyone! They have lost my loyalty and my business! I just don't have the time to be jerked around like this.
