Excellent customer service - from answering the phone, responding to email queries and follow-up from the site survey, VitoEnergy were helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The installation of my EvoHome system was done quickly and to the quoted price, despite some complex issues on the day requiring a 12h day from the engineer. He also stuck to the task so as to ensure we were not left without heating overnight. A minor subsequent issue was resolved on the same day it was reported. I would highly recommend their service
