Boiler upgrade. Professional and friendly advice at the point of considering options. Patrick took great care to answer all my questions and providing specific options for my needs. Strong understanding of green products was a must for me and VitoEnergy delivered very well on that point. Dave and Luke, who did the installation, had to resolve a last minute issue with having the wrong product delivered but did this very efficiently, which meant the boiler could be installed as planned. Very professional, friendly and clear - left the place in very good condition.
