Katie Rodriguez review about company Rich Duran Plumbing & Heating

Originally called this company 3 months ago because my boiler was leaking. Sent a guy out. His solution was to unplug the boiler. $130.00 trip charge. No call to schedule repairs or explanation of what needed to be done. When they called to collect on the bill, I mentioned that they did nothing. "So sorry, lets schedule the repair" Twice they have cancelled on me. Today I left work to meet the plumber. Waited 20 minutes. No plumber. No phone call. No heat. Will NEVER use these guys or recommend them again
