Great service. Senior discount . Heat pump replaced 19 year old ac units. They cool much more quickly and the heat pump supplements radiant heat on a day where tens drop rapidly Everything done in a timely manner
Its a very hot summer. If your looking for mini-split AC units, call Duran Heating and Air. They have systems that are affordable with professional installation!
They saved us! We had a very bad installation and no proper startup of a new system by another Santa Fe HVAC company and our unit nearly melted down. Rich Duran Plumbing came out, performed a professional and proper startup of our system, uncrossed several wires and saved our new unit and home. Very reasonable fee was charged and we were able to sleep at night knowing our unit is working properly.
Originally called this company 3 months ago because my boiler was leaking. Sent a guy out. His solution was to unplug the boiler. $130.00 trip charge. No call to schedule repairs or explanation of what needed to be done. When they called to collect on the bill, I mentioned that they did nothing. "So sorry, lets schedule the repair" Twice they have cancelled on me. Today I left work to meet the plumber. Waited 20 minutes. No plumber. No phone call. No heat. Will NEVER use these guys or recommend them again
