Earlier this month we noticed a leak in our hot water heater. Mid-day we called Mark Brew Plumbing and within hours they were at our home diagnosing the issue. We ended up needing a replacement hot water heater and through a follow up call that same day, plans were in place to order a new unit (we were given clear options on what type) and to schedule delivery and install for the following day. Rates were fair and service techs were courteous. Following install (within 26 hours of initial call to them!) there was a billing snafu (my fault) and they handled it graciously. We will use Mark Brew Plumbing again!
