I have always gotten EXCELLENT service from him. FAIR prices, timely responses, and never a call back. He is my and my family's go-to plumber. Edit: Needed him again, and again got timely service at a fair price.

Excellent attention. Spoke with owner Mark Brew in person. He is very courteous and helpful. Excellent service. Knowledgeable, capable, efficient, experienced plumber/technician. Schedule for service accommodated my schedule so that I could meet my other commitments. Very much better than other plumbing companies which use heavy advertising to claim their services are better. Companies that charge a low initial fee will charge higher fees for work needed and use marketing strategies to lock customers into signing contracts without getting a second opinion on options for work needed and alternative pricing. I highly recommended Mark Brewer Plumbing.

Earlier this month we noticed a leak in our hot water heater. Mid-day we called Mark Brew Plumbing and within hours they were at our home diagnosing the issue. We ended up needing a replacement hot water heater and through a follow up call that same day, plans were in place to order a new unit (we were given clear options on what type) and to schedule delivery and install for the following day. Rates were fair and service techs were courteous. Following install (within 26 hours of initial call to them!) there was a billing snafu (my fault) and they handled it graciously. We will use Mark Brew Plumbing again!

Don't hire this company. Wasting your money and time. Simple work, twice inspection failures. never keep the schedule- max. 2 weeks for construction and inspection on the contract and it has been already 2 months. none shows up three time without any notice. One time, Cathxxxx, a schedule manager calls me at 10 am to confirm the schedule for 11 am in the same day. none show-up, no future appointment, and no apology!!! I got his number from Angie's list.

Customer Service was prompt when scheduling. On the day of the appointment the guy even showed up 5 minutes early, which I appreciate because I value people being able to keep their appointments on time. He came in and did the job I requested and stayed until the job was done right. I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.
