Kristina Burkey review about company Donners Mechanical Inc.

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls. When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their "fix" provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day. I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned "fix". When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told "don't worry", they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.
