Donners Mechanical is the mechanical contractor for my construction company. I have used them for many large multiple unit projects involving plumbing and mechanical installations and they are super talented, quick, insightful. They excel at service work also, are very responsive during the work week or after hours. Best in class.

Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced. I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves. The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls. When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their "fix" provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day. I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned "fix". When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told "don't worry", they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.
