First time customer here, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I was provided. My furnace went out in the middle of the night, so I left Rock Heating a message via their website, hoping they could get back to me quickly. The next morning at 7:20 AM they called to confirm that I needed help, and by 8:30 AM Austin arrived at my home. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable, and seems to be trustworthy. He got the job done and less than 20 minutes later my furnace was back up and running. I went ahead and signed up for their membership because I feel I can trust them to do an honest, good job the next time I need maintenance/service. Highly recommended!
