First time customer here, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I was provided. My furnace went out in the middle of the night, so I left Rock Heating a message via their website, hoping they could get back to me quickly. The next morning at 7:20 AM they called to confirm that I needed help, and by 8:30 AM Austin arrived at my home. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable, and seems to be trustworthy. He got the job done and less than 20 minutes later my furnace was back up and running. I went ahead and signed up for their membership because I feel I can trust them to do an honest, good job the next time I need maintenance/service. Highly recommended!

Rock Plumbing was very responsive when we called needing service on our gas line. They asked detailed questions, to ensure that the technician being sent could perform the work needed. Paul was right on time for our appointment. He was polite and professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was being done to fix the gas line. I would definitely recommend Rock Plumbing and Paul to anyone. Our gas line is fixed and our fire place works great.

He explained what we needed to know about our furnace which was so refreshing and informative. Very professional and personable staff, installers and customer service. Ben, Mike, and Brad all showed up very promptly. Work was done in 4 hours for the entire install - AC, furnace, air handler, and thermostat. Kept work area very clean, wore slippers, and put down drop cloths. System is working like a dream. Took time to explain everything with the system, checked to make sure everything worked, and made sure all vents had sufficient air. I would recommend this company to anyone. Got a call once done to make sure techs were on the spot....and they were!
