IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! ...You & Delta Should Be Ashamed of YOURSELVES!!! ...I Warned You the 1'st Week to Handle It...NOW!!! (I CAN & WILL Make That DEMAND When My Daughter Spends $7,000 & Gets Next Day Installation of a FUNCTIONING A/C Unit!!!) ...NOW Some One Else Will Get Her $$$!!! ...Do NOT Mess w/Daughters of 70+ People... ...We Take Our Moms $$$ Elsewhere!!!
