It's Been 2+ Weeks & $8,000.00 for a DEFECTIVE A/C Unit for a 70+ yr old Woman in the Middle of Summer in Tulare CA... & .. IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! ...You & Delta Should Be Ashamed of YOURSELVES!!! ...I Warned You the 1'st Week to Handle It...NOW!!! (I CAN & WILL Make That DEMAND When My Daughter Spends $7,000 & Gets Next Day Installation of a FUNCTIONING A/C Unit!!!) ...NOW Some One Else Will Get Her $$$!!! ...Do NOT Mess w/Daughters of 70+ People... ...We Take Our Moms $$$ Elsewhere!!!

Good luck getting any help. Seem's like all the workers are hiding when you need help. We went in to get a few thing's & waited 45 minutes for someone to help us, just to get two very rude employee's who were to busy standing around talking to each other about non work related issue's. The lady yelled at us saying we can't do any kind of electrical work on are own that we have to contact a electrician, when I turned to the guy he said & I quote "What are you looking at me for, you heard her & she's not wrong!" I then said look you don't know me, I have 3 electrician's in my family & I'm here to buy what they told me to buy to fix the problem. He then walked off without saying a word & the lady yelled at me to not stand there with her & to fallow him (well maybe he should of said fallow me). The part he tried to say was the part wasn't the part we needed at all & he claimed that, that's the only part for it, so we just left. WE WILL NO LONGER BRING ARE BUSINESS TO ANY HOME DEPOT AGAIN & THANKS TO LOWE'S WE GOT THE PART WE NEED (WHILE LAUGHING WITH AN EMPLOEE ABOUT HOW BAD HOME DEPOT IS & WAS TO US), PLUS THERE WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & WE GOT THE HELP EVERY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE GETTING!
