Hired K & S through Lowes to replace a kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything turned out great. I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Contracted through Lowe's to put in new sinks. All bolts were rusted and the plumber said the only way to remove them was to use a hammer and chip at them but would run the risk of possibly breaking something. I find it odd that there is absolutely no other way to remove rusted bolts. Husband came home, used a ratchet, not a hammer, and just removed the last bolt. It was obvious when this plumber entered my house he wasn't thrilled about doing this job. He acted as though this was his first time ever seeing rusted bolts and just plain didn't know how to handle the situation.

This company is horrible. They came out to install a water heater purchased from Sears. The cost was $290. When they arrived they told me I had to have a thermal expansion tank that I was told the night before I didn't need. Although this expansion tank amounted to what I discovered was a $40 part, and took no more than 15 minutes to install, the charge was an additional $285. So K and S Plumbing charged me nearly $600 for a $50 part, and about an hour's labor. I'll taking the matter up with Sears and the Better business bureau. If your looking for fair practices, find another plumber. I got screwed!
