Generally, the work was well done. However, the workers damaged a new piece of siding. They planned to fix the damage, but I said that the damaged siding needed to be replaced with a new panel. I was disappointed that I had to argue with another representative of the company to get the siding they broke replaced. They finally agreed, but I had to wait two weeks for them to come back and finish.

These guys are super friendly and worked hard to give my family a great finished living room in my basement. They listened to what I wanted and did a great job at asking me to clarify how I wanted things to look. Great craftsmanship! These guys knew what they were doing. Also did the work in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was initially unsatisfied with the job completed by Family Handyman of NE Jo. Co. They agreed and immediately addressed my concerns and returned the next possible time to complete the job how it was described per the estimate. Very happy with the quality for the work and customer service. Definitely will give them another call when future work on our home needs completed.
