My husband and I own condos and had an issue with the septic today. There was sewer water pouring into two units basements. Between my husband and I we called close to 20 people. Not a single person would come help us. We were either told tomorrow night or a week from today they could come help us. I called Saviour Speptic and Mark was beyond helpful, nice, professional and was at our house in less then half an hour. Within 10 minutes he had stopped the water from gushing into the condos and fixed the problem. We have 4 septic systems for the condos and we are calling Mark to service them from now on. I would never go anywhere else. He was honest, and didn’t take advantage of our dire situation and charge us an insane amount of money. I would have given him a lot more had he asked we were that desperate. Mr. Kudlach saved us for real! Our live-in basement room flooded from a pipe. He was there to check it out before I even got a call back from the insurance company.Punctual, professional, and caring.
