You will not find a better Plumbing service than CW Cummings in the State of Rhode Island. After several failed engagements with OTHER RI plumbing companies, Chris and his crew provided my family and I absolutely top-notch service over a several week time-frame to our newly purchased home. He is well connected, knows plenty of other tradesmen who also provided high quality work and hooked me up with a superb septic replacement company. Chris is extremely responsive often returning calls to my mobile directly as well as replying in a timely basis via email. He is up-front regarding when he or his team can be at the house. His team's work is show-off quality (Scott was great). His team worked inside and outside of our house from typical plumbing issues to moving a city water line to running natural gas lines to even helping me get my outdoor kitchen setup. I don't know if there is anything they can't do and do very well. In an age where many contractors tell you they will show up (and don't) or give you one price (and then surprisingly change it later for some reason), Chris is very up-front the entire time and through-out the process. CW Cummings is a pleasure to do business with and I could not recommend them more.

These days it's hard to find a service company that goes above and beyond expectations. CW Cummings is one! During the winter, my heater died, on a Sunday, and in 5 degree weather no less. I called them and was expecting a very long & cold wait. Chris Cummings personally returned my voicemail. When he realized I had my children bundled and was planning to have my wife take them to the mall to warm up, he assured me that it wouldn't be necessary. Within the hour, their service tech Brian was at my door. I was shocked to say the least, and concerned as well. (cost wise) In no time, my heat was back in business! I commented how surprised I was that he showed as quickly, in which he replied " I wasn't too far from here, and kids shouldn't be cold unless they're playing in the snow." Then.... The bill! I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was considering all of the circumstances. It was very affordable, and Brian explained in layman's terms what he was doing and showing me the parts. There was no add on parts, no feeling like I was taken advantage of like other contractors have done in the past. He explained how another company "could have" really stuck it to me. He was down to earth, respectable, and put my mind at ease. I have rental property, that will likely need servicing at some point. No doubt, I will be happy to use CW Cummings plumbing again!
